MUSIC TUTOR 

PIANO/ VIOLIN

Sophia is a pianist currently studying at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music, University of Melbourne under renowned pianist and pedagogue Glenn Riddle after completing a Masters in Piano and Pedagogy at the University of Melbourne.
Sophia previously completed her Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance under Qu Yong at Auckland University in New Zealand.
To diversify her education and knowledge of piano performance she has relocated to Melbourne, Australia. She also has considerable experience working as an accompanist and tutor and enjoys collaborating with other instrumentalists.
As a violinist Sophia has also been actively involved in the University Orchestras and enjoys collaborating with different performers and learning new repertoire.

Sophia is passionate about music education and seeks to develop in students motivation and a love for music that can inspire students to engage in active learning.
