Hazel began piano lessons at age four ​and developed a strong passion for music.

She studied at the Ho Chi Minh Conservatory of Music​ in Vietnam. She later moved to Sydney to pursue a Bachelor of Music (Classical Performance), before completing a Master of Teaching Music at the University of Melbourne.

Hazel values both performance and education, teaching students of all levels.
