ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Kidko Performing Arts School and Chambers Music has been operating in Albert Park for three years teaching music and performing arts to children and adults. A growing business with around 400 students each week we are seeking a part time contract administrator to join our family.
The position is a crucial one working closely with the Owner/Directors of the company in our offices and studios in Albert Park.
The role is varied and requires excellent multitasking skills across a range of activities such as:

Fielding new client enquiries via email and phone

Scheduling and rescheduling students
-
Handling internal and external book ordering
-
Assisting with HR administration
-
Assisting the Directors with other administration duties
To be considered for this role you will have:
-
1+ years in a similar role
-
Fantastic customer service skills and telephone manner
-
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)
-
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-
Meticulous attention to detail
-
Excellent competency in Google Mail, Word, and Excel

Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible with a can-do attitude

Lots of energy, passion, and motivation to succeed

An ABN and the ability to invoice.
Knowledge of Mindbody software, Apple computers, and music or performance background preferred but not essential.

INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC TUTOR
Kidko Performing Arts School and Chambers Music has been operating in Albert Park for three years teaching music and performing arts to children and adults. A growing business with around 400 students each week we are always interested in meeting Instrumental Tutors to join our family.
To be successful in the role;
- You'll be outgoing, organised, and experienced in teaching young children.
- Willing to embrace many different genres of music.
- Have Positive and fun approach to teaching.
- Ability to interact confidently with parents.
- Familiarity with Suzuki approach and AMEB exams is helpful, but not essential.
- The ability to teach/play multiple instruments is highly regarded and can result in increased teaching hours.
Some teacher training/guidance and resources will be provided.
You must be eligible to work in Australia and possess an ABN. Remuneration is a contractor rate of $46.00 per hour.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
MUSICAL THEATRE INSTRUCTOR
Kidko Performing Arts School and Chambers Music has been operating in Albert Park for three years teaching music and performing arts to children and adults. A growing business with over 300 students each week we are always interested in meeting Musical Theatre Instructors with abilities to teach voice and/or piano to join our family.
To be successful in the role;
- You'll be outgoing, organised, and experienced in teaching young children.
- Be skilled across the three cornerstone disciplines of Musical theatre (singing, dancing, and acting
- Have Positive and fun approach to teaching.
- Ability to interact confidently with parents.
- Familiarity with Suzuki approach and AMEB exams is helpful, but not essential.
- The ability to teach/play multiple instruments is highly regarded and can result in increased teaching hours.
Some teacher training/guidance and resources will be provided.
You must be eligible to work in Australia and possess an ABN. Remuneration is a contractor rate of $50 for 60 minute classes and $65 for 80 minute classes
